National Arena League Wraps Up Competitive Week 4 Slate

CONOVER, NC – The National Arena League completed Week 4 of the 2026 regular season with another strong lineup of games, highlighted by the league’s first nationally distributed broadcast on Scripps Sports Network.

The featured game saw the Pueblo Punishers secure a hard-fought 39 to 34 victory over the Sioux City Bandits on a 4th down stop late in the 4th Quarter in front of a national audience, marking a significant milestone in the league’s continued growth and visibility.

The Salina Liberty delivered another strong offensive performance as they hold on and defeat the Colorado Spartans 48 to 42. Salina’s ability to score at a high level continues to stand out early in the season.

The Louisiana Rouxgaroux put together one of their most complete performances of the year with a 42 to 23 win over the Amarillo Warbirds, showing progress on both sides of the ball as they continue to grow in their rebranded season.

In another key matchup, the Southwest Kansas Storm earned a 34 to 26 win over the Omaha Beef, continuing to stay competitive in a tightly contested early season race.

As the season moves forward, teams across the league are beginning to separate, with high-scoring offenses and close finishes continuing to define the 2026 campaign.

“We are starting to see teams settle in and play their brand of football,” said Commissioner Brandon Ikard. “Week 4 showed how competitive this league is from top to bottom, and getting our first game on Scripps Sports is a big step for our players, teams, and fans.”

The league will continue its national presence this week as Scripps Sports Network broadcasts the matchup between the Salina Liberty and the Pueblo Punishers.
