National Arena League Names Steven Shotola Director of NAL Life

Shotola to lead the continued development and growth of the NAL Life program heading into Season X

The National Arena League is proud to announce Steven Shotola as Director of NAL Life, as the league continues building its leadership and programs in preparation for Season X.

Shotola will take over leadership of the NAL Life program, building upon the foundation established under its previous director while working to expand the program's reach, involvement, and impact throughout the National Arena League.

NAL Life was established to provide a platform focused on the people, experiences, and stories that extend beyond what happens on the field. Moving forward, Shotola will work with league leadership, member organizations, players, and others throughout the NAL to further develop the program and identify new opportunities for NAL Life to connect with the communities that make up the league.

“Steven understands that NAL Life is about more than simply creating another piece of content,” said Commissioner Brandon Ikard. “Steven was part of the concept and creation of the program and we want to allow him to build on that vision. We believe Steven can bring new ideas and energy to the program while continuing the work that has already been done and developing NAL Life into an even greater part of what we do as a league.”

The appointment is part of the National Arena League's continued preparations for its milestone 10th season, with additional announcements surrounding league personnel, programming, partnerships, and Season X initiatives continuing in the weeks ahead.

Season X is being built both on and off the field.
